Ahhhh...

We've tried!
We've failed!
He does NOT want to!
We've tried bribes...telling him he can't go to pre-school in a diaper...telling him about some of his friends that are potty trained.
He does NOT care!
He TOTALLY could do it.
He's scared.
He says it hurts to poop in the potty. (He does have pooping issues!) But those are under control right now!
Any suggestions?
Wait?
Push it?
Pretty soon he won't be able to fit into the diapers any more!

my advice is NOT to push it. I did that too much with Ava and it just made her mad! :) He'll get it eventually!

Boys I have heard are harder to potty train than girls. My granddaughter was 1 1/2 when she was potty trained but the boys were well into thier 3rd year. The boys are still in pull-ups at night but don't tell them I told you so! They both had and still have "pooping issues". Dr. Patron prescribed us Miralax which we would put into some juice. It helped with potty training and prevented A LOT of crying because of the pain. Just a thought. I am praying for Cole today too. Good Luck!!!
