Texas....Day 1
Above...my cousin Eric and Eli
Notice the shark swimming behind Aaron!
Ha ha! A bird pooped on Aaron's shirt! Purple poop on a white shirt....yuck!
Lunch....this resturaunt lets you write on the walls, floor, ceiling! Great entertainment for little ones!
That evening we went to a jump place....I can't remember the name! Eli had a BLAST! If I weren't pregnant, I would totally been going down this stuff too! It's so much fun!
After this we went to supper...it was 7pm. Eli did such a great job this trip with getting naps late, eating late, going to bed late!
All in all it was a great day!

that time of year again!
Grandpa Tim, Eli and Isaac (Isaac's dad got to ride too, I just didn't get that great of a picture!)
I could NOT get a good picture of Eli tonight! This was the best out of 3. Grandpa Tim looks happy though! Eli was just as happy!
Thanks Grandpa Tim for letting us come visit you! Eli loved it and talked about combines and tractors the whole way home!

Happy Father's Day!

Relay for Life
They kept things upbeat by offering lots of activities to help keep you awake! The first one being a 3-legged race!
Jamie and Arissa
Seth and Sarah
Eli and Aaron!
And the winner was:
They also had a pie eating contest. Which actually was just whipped cream! Torri did this one for us! She did great!
With all of the fun we were having, we were there for a reason. To help raise money to find a cure of this nasty desease called cancer. At 10 o'clock, all the luminary bags were lit and the lights went off to remember people that not only are survivors, but those who lost their fight.
Rick McFarlane....a friend of mine's dad who lost his fight a year ago. He also worked with Aaron at the Fire Dept.
Sweet baby Cora McClenahan....at age 11 months lost her battle.
Here is a look at the track lit up with luminaries. This part of the evening was a little sad, but motivating to keep walking. Even though I was tired and my feet hurt, that pain was NOTHING compared to what people who have cancer have to go through.
I'm glad I could be a part of such a special evening. I would encourage more people to participate in this event.

Once we finished that...it was time to take the wet clothes off, dry off and put on dry clothes! This is what Eli looked like when he walked in the house! Hilarious!!!!
