This past weekend we went to KC with our Community Life Group from church. Last summer we went camping, but decided to do something a little different this summer. I have to say that being 7 months pregnant, I was ok with that!
We left Saturday morning and went straight to the Legends shopping area. We started things off at Dave and Busters playing some games and eating lunch!

Then we did a little shopping! The boys did a little of this:
We went back to the hotel to clean up and went to eat at Bucca Di Beppo(not sure if that's the correct spelling or name!) It's a family style resturant. You order one dish and share with your group. It was great!
Afterwards we headed to a comdey club. It was actually pretty funny! I was a little worried when there were only 6 other people there!
All in all, it was a relaxing weekend. We really enjoy our Community Life Group and the friendships we have made. We look forward to making more memories together. (Along with our kids! There are 9 kids between the couples, with 1 on the way! Needless to say it's a loud fun group when we get them all together!)An extra....on our way home we stopped in Cassidy for a restroom break! Only in Kansas will you find chickens at a rest stop!

I love the chicken picture! You would find that in Arkansas too. They are way more hick than Kansas!
